Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY:
ALL ITEMS ARE FLAT RATE PRIORITY SHIPPING
• Shipping and handling rates are determined by the number of items purchased.
• We will not send orders placed with either a P.O box billing address nor shipping address. Both addresses must be a complete residential or commercial address.
• Billing address MUST be the same for the card being used. If shipping address is an alternative address, customers will be contacted to confirm shipping address. If phone number provided is invalid your order will be cancelled! We must get in contact with whom is making the purchase.
• We CANNOT accommodate customers who want to use their own shipping companies/terms due to fraudulent shipping methods and contracts.
• We are not responsible for events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of nature and or weather-related delays.

All Items are mailed within 2-3 Business days via USPS Flat Rate from receipt of purchase unless otherwise notified. Once an order is placed you have 24 Hours to cancel the order via email (stylishstitchescurve@gmail.com) or you will be held responsible for the order and it can be exchanged only!

Express shipping takes 1-2 days to receive. Please pay before 4pm (e.s.t) to guarantee express shipping. Signature is not required with express orders.

Please note: If you wish to cancel and your order has been shipped prior to the 24 hours, you must send the UNOPENED package back "Return to Sender." If you have opened it, normal exchange rules apply.)

If no one is home to sign for your package, the carrier will leave a notice for you to pick up your package from your local post office. It will remain at the post office awaiting pick up between 2-15 days. If it is not picked up, it will be returned back to us and you would be responsible for new shipping fees to resend the items for distribution.
